Cuan is a special friend with an extraordinarily special mission! Sent straight from the North Pole by Santa himself, Cuan, who's name means Safe Place or Harbour in Irish , because that's exactly what he is for children everywhere, is here to sprinkle magic into your home this Christmas like no elf ever has before.
Designed specifically to comfort and empower children with sensory processing needs, autism, or those who simply feel overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle of the holidays.
Cuan is a gentle companion who understands exactly what it feels like when the world gets a little too loud, bright, or busy.
What Makes Cuan So Special?
He first sends a book that brings you on his heartfelt journey as he leaves the North Pole on a secret mission from Santa to find children just like him—children who find loud noises, crowded places, flashing lights, and the heavy expectations of Christmas a bit too much. It’s a comforting story that lets your little one know they are never alone.
Cuan himself is a plush style teddy, incredibly soft and comes with his own removable ear defenders, his Sunflower Lanyard, is made of a rubber texture with a raised image of his Id for added sensory input and is also removable.
His official name badge, proudly signaling hidden needs and raising awareness with gentle pride.
His rhinestone rainbow heart is also an important part of Cuans story and also provides sensory input with it's raised bumpy texture.
His Rechargeable Sensory Light, that creates a rainbow of light anywhere and every, with an elasticated rainbow wristband.
A soothing, interactive light projector that creates a soft, calming atmosphere whenever your child needs a peaceful moment.
The large Red Mailbox- can also be personalised with your child's name.
It can have an interactive element where Santa and Cuan can exchange daily, encouraging notes with your child throughout December, and it doubles as Keon’s very own cozy "sensory room" when he needs time to decompress.
And is also how Cuan arrives to your home. You can introduce the mail box first and then he can arrive whenever everyone is ready.
Elf Message mailbox Box: A mini desktop mailbox dedicated to delivering secret notes, quiet check-ins, and gentle daily magic straight from Cuan to your child.
It can be passed into school, or brought on days out or visits if a message of support needs to be delivered on the go.
Why Families Love Cuan
Christmas can be a challenging time for neurodivergent children or anyone prone to sensory overload. Cuan transforms potential holiday stress into shared understanding and comfort. Instead of pushing "naughty or nice" pressure, Cuan models self-regulation, boundary setting, and self-care in a fun, whimsical way.
Bring Cuan home this Christmas to create a gentler, more inclusive tradition that honors your child's unique way of experiencing the world!.
Firstly you read Cuan's story book, which describes how he was feeling in the north Pole. Overwhelmed by the bright lights, sounds and hustle and bustle of santas Workshop. Santa gives him a special job to go support children who feel like him and he chooses your home to visit.
Cuans letter explains he will be arriving soon. He uses the mini mailbox to send messages in your home but it can even be used on the go if he has messages for anyone who needs support or encouragement.
The larger mailbox is a comfy place for Cuan to rest and also where Santa can send messages and will collect Cuan when he is ready to return to the North Pole.
Cuan is a soft velvet plush style toy with a removable sunflower lanyard with his Picture and Name on it- made from rubber and his Id has Raised details for sensory input. He has red ear defenders which are also removable. His rainbow rhinestone heart is part of his story and is also textured for another piece to help comfort and support.
He also comes with a rainbow coloured sensory light which is rechargeable and comes with an elasticated wristband
